Q. Are you fully insured?

A. Yes fully insured and qualified with public liability insurance.

Q. How do I know if I need council approval to do tree work?

A. When you are provided with a free quote, you will be informed whether council approval is necessary; alternatively you could give your local council a call.

Q. If I want a quote or just advice, will it cost?

A. No, Matthew Clements Tree Service provides FREE, no obligation quotes.

Q. Can I keep the mulch?

A. Yes, all mulch can be kept. It will be unloaded in an accessible area.

Q. How can I get rid of a stump?

A. Matthew Clements Tree Service can give you a free quote for stump grinding.

Q. Do I need to be home when a quote is given?

A. It’s not necessary that you are, however we would need clear directions as to what you are looking at having done. Once the inspection is complete then contact would be made to discuss the quote in full.

Q. Can I keep my wood for firewood? Do you split wood?

A. Yes all wood can be kept on the premises and a quote for splitting wood can also be provided upon initial quotation.

Q. Payment Options?

A. Cash, cheque, electronic transfer/direct debit & we now accept credit card over the phone (surcharge applies).

Q. Do you work on weekends?

A. Generally no, however in special circumstances this can be arranged. Opening hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-5PM
